Forwarder's tools
Work out trailer space and plan the delivery date
Two tools our forwarders use for every quote. You can move the result to your request with one click.
LTL calculator
How much space will your load take?
Enter your pallets and we will show how they fit on a 13.6 m trailer and how many loading metres (LDM) they take. That decides whether you pay for a part load or whether a full truck makes more sense.
Your load on the trailer
- Loading metres
- Trailer used
- Floor positions
- Total weight
1 LDM is 1 metre of trailer length at 2.4 m width. A EUR pallet takes 0.4 LDM. We stack pallets up to a combined height of 265 cm. For heavy loads the carrier may price by weight instead.
Delivery planner
When will the goods arrive?
Choose the route and the loading day. The planner takes into account weekend and holiday driving bans in every country on the way and seasonal restrictions in Romania.
The same transport loaded on the next working days. Click a day to see the plan.
Journey plan
The planner is indicative. It assumes a single driver covering about 600 km a day with breaks under Regulation (EC) 561/2006, and the driving bans for vehicles over 7.5 t (12 t in Poland). We confirm the exact date in the quote.

Rules on the route from Romania to Germany
Five countries and different weekend bans. The most important: the German Sunday and the Austrian night-time driving ban.
Maut with a CO₂ surcharge
- Germany: Maut applies to vehicles over 3.5 t, and the rate depends on the CO₂ emission class. Zero-emission trucks and Euro VI in the best class pay least.
- Austria: GO-Maut on motorways and expressways for vehicles over 3.5 t.
Border checks on the way to Hungary
Austria runs temporary checks at its borders with Hungary, Slovenia, Czechia and Slovakia, and Slovenia at its borders with Hungary and Croatia until 21.12.2026. This can slow down the crossings, so we build in a buffer.
Checks at German borders
Germany keeps temporary checks at all of its land borders. Trucks usually pass without stopping, but lane closures and queues occur at peak times, and we allow for them in the plan.
TollRO replaces the rovinieta for trucks
Vehicles over 3.5 t now pay for every kilometre driven on Romanian motorways, expressways and national roads. For a 40 t Euro VI combination that is 0.48 lei/km on the motorway and 0.24 lei/km on a national road. The toll is included in our price.
| Country on the route | Applies to | All year | Summer (July-August) |
